The seamless steel tube straightening machine is the equipment for straightening pipes, bars, wires, metal profiles and other materials. The seamless steel tube straightening machine will press the bar through the straightening roller to change its straightness. In general, there will be two rows of straightening rollers, the number is different.

In the straightening process, the position of the roller and the movement direction of the straightening products will be some angle. Two or three large active pressure rollers are rotated in the same direction by the motor. A number of small rollers on the other side are driven pressure rollers, which are rotated by the friction of the rotating round rods or pipes.

In order to achieve the compression required by the product, the small roll of the straightening machine can be adjusted either forward or backward simultaneously or respectively. Generally speaking, the more the number of rollers is, the higher the precision of the finished products will be. After the product is bitten by the roller, continuously make linear or rotary motion, so that the products bear various aspects of compression, bending, flattening deformation, and finally achieve the purpose of straightening.

The transmission system of the seamless steel tube straightening machine generally adopts the transmission mode of safety coupling, motor, universal coupling and straightening roller. When the steel plate is straightened, the plastic deformation occurs in the direction of the length, resulting in the difference of the steel plate and straightening speed up to 3 %. The straightening roller should use the individual drive or grouping transmission, and can also be used to control the tension.
